The profitability of the organization is directly impacted by the culture. Trust should be built regarding the culture where the leader should set example for them. open communication should be built within the organization while the top hierarchy of the organization by providing the presence for the establishment of the culture. The real situation should be communicated to the employees and resources should be provided as required.
